Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY:

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to make a return. This includes your 14-day statutory ‘cooling-off period’.

For the item to be accepted back as a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and folded neatly - ideally in its original packaging.  You’ll also need the packing note or proof of purchase. England Netball have the absolute right to refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met.

Please note all returns need to be sent to the following address:  

England Netball Returns, c/o KitKing Ltd, Unit 1 & 2 - Weldon Road, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE11 5RA.

 DO NOT SEND DIRECT TO ENGLAND NETBALL as this may significantly delay the administration of your request.

You are advised to get a certificate of posting from Royal Mail when you post the item, so, if required, missing items can be traced.

When returning items for exchange, please include the original packing note document and add details of the alternative size required and we will arrange for the revised order to be dispatched.

When returning items for a refund, please include the original packing list document stating your wish for a refund. Only the value of the goods purchased will be refunded and this will be executed against the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to you.

Please note that the overall process for administering refunds and exchanges can take up to 14 days from receipt to conclusion (plus delivery time in the case of exchanges).

 Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, these include, but are not limited to the following:

• Custom products such as special orders or personalized items.
• Gift cards.
