By continuing to use this England Netball Online Store website and/or placing an order for a product/s and/or services therein, you (the Customer) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use. You are required to confirm acceptance at checkout. We are free to update these from time to time and without notice. You are strongly advised to read them carefully and in full. Our registered office is located at SportPark, 3 Oakwood Drive, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE11 3QF.

PRODUCTS:

·       The availability of products (and size options therein) presented for sale on this website are subject to availability.

·       The images of products are for illustrative purposes only, as a result the products supplied may vary slightly from those images. 

·       Sizes and measurements presented are provided to England Netball by individual manufacturers and suppliers and may differ from range to range. The sizes are for illustration only and England Netball cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies.

·       We take all reasonable care to ensure all product details, descriptions and prices are correct at the time they are entered into our system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where information published is incorrect, including prices.

·        All prices shown are in UK Pounds Sterling. Where VAT is applicable then it will be included in the price presented. 

DESPATCH & DELIVERY:

·        Products are stored and despatched from England Netball’s storage and fulfilment partner Kitking Ltd – trading as KitQueen.

·       Orders that are in stock will be prepared for despatch from the warehouse within 3-5 working days.

·       For delivery in the UK, we currently offer two services:

o   Standard Tracked: Delivery is 2-3 days AFTER despatch. Delivery times EXCLUDE processing & customisation lead times - £4.99

o   DPD Premium: Delivery is 24 hours AFTER despatch. Delivery times EXCLUDE processing & customisation lead times - £6.99

·        Please note that these services do not include the order preparation time stated above.

PAYMENT:

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment in full will be taken at the point you complete your order on the website. All payments will be processed by our secure third-party payment provider. We will not hold or have access to any of your sensitive payment information. This will be handled by our payment provider.

The information we collect relating to your order will only be used to process your order and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. By accepting these Terms & Conditions of Use when purchasing items from us, you are also accepting the Terms of our Privacy Policy.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please click on our RETURNS POLICY link situated at the bottom of this page. By accepting these Terms & Conditions of Use when purchasing items from us, you are also accepting the Terms of our Returns Policy.

PERSONALISED ITEMS:

Orders for personalised Goods cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. Where an item has been personalised incorrectly because of our error we will collect and rectify the error. Where an item has been personalised incorrectly because of the customer's error, we will be unable to accept a return.
